Starting with a simple focus on the breath, you’ll be led through a body scan and guided imagery session where you’ll establish a strong grounding connection and fill the body with warm, bright energy.
By bringing your mind back to this imagery throughout your day, you can re-establish this grounding connection and feel the positive energy the body whenever you need to revisit it.
You may notice throughout this meditation, a lot of repetition. This is to help focus and emphasize certain images or feelings within the visualization.
As with everything, the more you practice it, the easier it becomes. Don’t be frustrated if your mind wanders, just try again another time.
